Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order and the carrier’s estimated transit times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries. If you do not see your country listed, reach out to us at info@bottlehead.com. Note that customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically the moment your order ships.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us at info@bottlehead.com within 14 days so we can file a claim and make it right.
