Universal Power Transformers
We use universal power transformers in most of our kits. Those that do not come with universal power transformers can be shipped with a 120VAC power transformer or with a 240VAC power transformer at no additional charge. Just check that option when ordering. Due to the variations in 220-240VAC power cords we do not supply a power cord other than the standard North American 120VAC power cord. For all kits shipped outside of North America, there will not be a power cord in the box. The power cord is a standard IEC style and should be readily available locally. If you require a 120VAC cable and need one included in your package, please put a note in the “Order Notes” field on checkout.

Shipping
We ship to our international customers via Priority mail.
Customs Valuation
We occasionally receive requests to undervalue our shipments out of the country. We are sympathetic with our customers who face excessive duty charges by the customs agencies of their home country, but we are unable to accommodate these requests. If you need special documentation to be able to pick up your kit please let us know, as we are not familiar with all of the various customs requirements around the world. Please check with your local customs office regarding duty, we do not know what the duty will be. We will do our best to let you know when you kit ships so that you can plan to pick it up once it clears customs. We cannot be held responsible for duty, storage charges accrued, or kits returned to us for not being picked up after you have been notified by your local customs office.
Kit Shipping Prices
The shopping cart will calculate shipping based on the weight of your package, the shipping destination, and current postal rates. You will be able to preview shipping costs before committing to a purchase.
